The Existing Resort

The Berkley Orlando consists of two buildings, totalling 80 units, plus a dedicated amenity building housing the pool, fitness centre, private movie theatre, arcade, and guest facilities. All three buildings are structurally sound, full concrete construction, only requiring cosmetic renovations, with no structural remediation and no infrastructure rebuild.
The existing resort will be cosmetically renovated and fully integrated into the Lighthouse Resort brand. The new development launches with 80 proven units, an active guest base, and an existing amenity footprint already generating revenue.
